Bad Attitude

I have been feeling down lately. I have noticed that I have a bad attitude towards a lot of things… especially in the mornings. I don’t know what my deal is. I just feel agitated and irritated a lot. I am in need of a major attitude adjustment and am not sure how to go about that. I am definitely open for recommendations. What helps you relax and enjoy your life? How do you keep your attitude in check?

P.S. I apologize to anyone who has been affected by this bad attitude. I am aware of it and am working on finding a fix for it.
