Sunday Night Chit-Chat

I promise I have not forgotten about this little corner of the internet!  My busy season for my photography business is finally done!  I hope to get back to blogging at least a couple times a week, as I do miss it often.  The best way to get back in the groove of things is to start with a Sunday Night Chit-Chat.

Here is Hubs feeding our cutie some popcorn.  Don’t worry, we made sure she only got small pieces without any hull in them.  Hubs loves popcorn, and he enjoyed being able to share his favorite treat with her.

On with the chit-chat…

What are you…

Reading? Nothing right now.  I do know that my father-in-law and his wife ordered 4 books for me for Christmas, so I am looking forward reading again!  I also ordered one book myself, and that should be arriving soon!  I am psyched!
Listening To? The tv, and Hubs coughing every once in a while.  He has been home sick today (as has Miss C).  😦  Hopefully I don’t catch it.
Watching? The AMAs.  I honestly don’t listen to much of the music that is being recognized, as I listen to contemporary Christian whenever I am in the car.  But I am enjoying the interesting clothes, performances, and the occasional Bachelor commercial with Juan Pablo!
Cooking/Baking? Today I made oven-baked tacos.  We have tried a number of different recipes the past few weeks, so I decided these few days before we leave for Thanksgiving, I am just going to stick to things that I know we like.  That way we don’t have any excuse to eat out and spend more money than we need to.
Happy You Accomplished This Week? I took last Monday off to deep clean the house.  I haven’t done the best job keeping up with it, but I will make sure it is clean again this week.  It is mainly the kitchen that kills me.  I am terrible about doing dishes in the evening.
Looking Forward to Next Week? Thanksgiving!  Especially the family and the food.  I just love a good Thanksgiving dinner!  Yummy!
Thankful for Today? Getting to spend the day with Hubs and Miss C.  I didn’t have any obligations to get done (although I have spent a lot of time editing photos), so we were able to just relax and enjoy our time together.  That is a non-existent luxury due to opposite schedules (Hubs works weekends).
Bonus Question: When do your Christmas/Holiday decorations go up?  They will go up after Thanksgiving.  I don’t know if I will get it done next weekend immediately after the holiday, but they will go up sometime next week.  I don’t like decorating before Thanksgiving, and we honestly don’t have many decorations to deal with.  It will be a fun time trying to put them up with a 1 year old trying to get into them all.  🙂

Now it’s your turn!  Answer in the comments or on your own blog!
